The Baxter House has been a landmark in Roscoe for over a century. Built in the 1880's as a homestead the Baxter House was eventually converted to a Bed and Breakfast to lodge the ever increasing amount of sportsmen who visit the area.

The Reynold's House stands as the oldest operational bed and breakfast in Sullivan County.
