The Rosevine Inn Bed and Breakfast is situated on one of Tyler's quaint brick streets near the Azalea District.

The original structure was built around 1859 from two old houses located side by side. J.G. Woldert's oldest living son, William Albert Woldert, married Loulie Dent Pace in 1883.
