Built in 1803, the converted farmhouse is one of the oldest established Inns in the Mount Snow and Deerfield River Valley

Our inn is a handsome colonial structure dating back to 1894. The mansion was built by Joseph Courtemanche, a local blacksmith and carriagemaker who made his fortune as the visionary who built the first electric power plant in the valley

Set on the crest of a high, rolling hill, and surrounded by towering hardwoods and formal flower gardens, it is readily obvious why the Boston Herald and New York Times selected the Inn as "one of the ten most romantic places in the world."
